How do I get a good reading?

Show your whole palm, all five fingers and your wrist. Use bright, even light and hold your phone steady. A plain background helps.

It says it couldn't find a hand.

Make sure your palm faces the camera and your fingers and wrist are in the photo. Move a little closer if your hand looks small.

Is the reading accurate?

Readings are based on traditional palmistry and are meant for entertainment. Please don't use them for important decisions.

Are my photos uploaded?

No. Photos are analyzed on your iPhone and never leave it.

How do I move my data to a new iPhone?

With Oracina Pro, go to Settings → Back up to iCloud on your old iPhone, then Settings → Restore from iCloud on the new one, signed in to the same Apple Account.

How do I restore my purchase?

Go to Settings → Restore purchases while signed in to the Apple Account you used to buy Oracina Pro.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Settings → Delete all data. This removes your readings, photos, fortunes, moods and notes from the app.

How do I change the language?

Go to Settings → Language. Japanese, Chinese, English, Vietnamese and Korean are available.
