Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Oracina app ("the app"), provided by RUI ("we"), handles your information. In short: the app works on your device, we do not run servers that receive your data, and we cannot see your photos or notes.

Palm photos

Photos you take or choose are analyzed on your device. The original photo is deleted as soon as the analysis is finished.

To show your history, the app saves a cropped image of your palm and the measured line data on your device. They are never uploaded, and we have no access to them.

Information saved on your device

Your readings, daily fortunes, moods and notes, profile (gender, birth year and dominant hand) and settings are stored only inside the app on your device.

You can delete everything at any time in Settings → Delete all data, or by deleting the app. Backups of your device made by iOS (such as iCloud Backup) may include this data according to your device settings.

iCloud backup (Oracina Pro)

If you use Back up to iCloud, the app saves a backup file to your own iCloud Drive. This only happens when you tap the button. The file is stored by Apple under your Apple Account, and we cannot access it.

Advertising

The free version shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, Google may collect information such as device identifiers, IP address and ad interactions. Where required by law (for example in the EEA and UK), the app asks for your consent first, and you can change it later in Settings → Ad privacy settings.

The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites. Learn how Google uses data: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites

If you purchase Oracina Pro, the ad SDK is not started and no ads are shown.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple. We do not receive your payment information.

Notifications

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your device. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.

What we do not do

Apart from the advertising described above, the app does not use analytics or tracking tools. We do not require an account and do not sell your information.

Children

The app is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date above.
